      Pros

      Flexible hours is about the only thing that’s a pro.

      Cons

      Uncomfortable calls, unprofessional management, unorganized, no compassion. I started working here during Covid and the owner didn’t care if you were sick she still told you to come in. No respect from supervisors or management.

      Pros

      Flexible with schedules and understanding to a point when needing to call in. Consistent, stable pay checks. Coworkers are great people.

      Cons

      You never know what may get you in trouble. One day to the next is another story. Be prepared for the boss to be constantly pissed at you. Back stabbing and two faced behavior reminiscent of high school. The boss will play people against each other to stir up drama between coworkers.
