      Pros

      There is nothing good about working for this organization except getting a paycheck.

      Cons

      The job was good, but the management was extremely poor. The CEO and VP have no sense of direction. There is no training, no organization, no yearly pay raises, and the benefits are not good either. In a single year, the organization had six different HR people.

      Pros

      This was my first job out of college and within 8 months I was promoted. They consistently try to promote / hire within and make the best use of the talent they already have! Great environment, fair policies, decent benefits.

      Cons

      Benefit premiums can be slightly higher due to smaller company. Not horrible though
