Pros

The people there are truly amazing, really kind and caring. A group of diverse people (but they also made sure to highlight that diversity in a video) but on the flip side, none of those people are actually in leadership.

Cons

Leadership is out of touch. Things have changed in the last year and it's no longer the company I joined. It's incredibly disappointing to see employees being let go to support the bottom line, especially after the bottom line was devastated by the COOs poor budgeting. I'd like to see more of the OG RevPartners Also, your pay is embarrassingly low - unless you are in leadership, of course. Has anyone mentioned the aggressive push of Christianity on employees? Maybe stop that.... especially as people have repeatedly asked you to stop because it makes them uncomfortable. Religious trauma is real

Pros

Everyone is super supportive and helpful Pay is pretty decent and benefits are great for company size Flexibility on time off is awesome They have a well built out methodology

Cons

Not so much a con, as is a 'be-prepared' to be a self-starter. They have amazing resources but you must take initiative. This type of role can be uncomfortable because you need to act with authority and like an absolute expert sometimes when you have no experience in doing something. Granted, someone on the team DOES have the experience, so you'll need to leverage that. But everyone is pretty busy, so it can be a challenge.

Pros

I've had nothing but terrible experiences with RevPartners. Working for the company has been the biggest mistake I have ever made. If I had a chance to do things over, I would stop myself from ever applying for a position here.

Cons

Working for RevPartners has been such a disappointing experience so far. I came into the company expecting growth, advancement, and opportunities, but I haven't seen any of those the entire time I have been here. I wasn't given any training or guidance when I first started, but I was already given a lot of expectations to meet and assigned complex tasks. Whenever I asked for help, I was met with indifference, and when I made a mistake, I was yelled at for being incompetent. What's also frustrating is how low my salary was. It did not reflect my workload at all, and even when I outperformed my colleagues consistently, I was never rewarded for my efforts.
