Pros

I’ve had a great experience working at this company. It provides a healthy and supportive work environment where learning and growth are genuinely encouraged. The leadership team is approachable, transparent, and open to new ideas, which makes a big difference in day-to-day work. The tech team deserves special mention—they are highly skilled, collaborative, and always willing to support each other. There’s a strong culture of knowledge sharing, clean problem-solving, and ownership. Working with such a motivated and talented team has helped me grow both technically and professionally. Overall, it’s a great place to work with the right balance of challenging projects, supportive people, and modern technology.

Pros

Great learning environment, you get exposure to many parts of the product and business. High ownership: your work directly impacts customers and the roadmap. Supportive and approachable leaders who are open to ideas. Fast-paced, innovative culture focused on solving real problems with AI. Talented, collaborative teammates across engineering, data, and GTM. Opportunities for career growth as the company scales. Flexible, remote-friendly work setup. Strong customer-centric mindset that keeps the work meaningful. A lot of autonomy, you’re trusted to make decisions and drive initiatives.

Cons

The pace can be energetic at times, which may take some adjustment for those new to startups. Some processes are still in development as the company continues to grow. Workload can fluctuate depending on priorities and release cycles. Resources are naturally more limited than at larger organizations. Roles can evolve over time, which may not suit those who prefer very defined structures.
