Pros

team lead are good and helpful.

Cons

Whatever bad you hear about toxic workplaces around this company has all of it. There are no holidays. satuday, sunday, public holiday all days you have to work. Even in emergency one cannot take leave. If you fall sick then also you will be asked to work. No clear requirement but you have to complete all work in few hours. when mistake happens you will insulted and shouted. starting from standup in the morning shouting and insults will be started. when in emergency or sick then also ceo will ask you to work on the things which will not get used. After all this when you frustrated and resign - then you have to serve 90 days notice period. In that you will asked to work on new features instead of transition. People join and leave in few months because of this culture. better stay away.

Pros

Great learning environment, you get exposure to many parts of the product and business. High ownership: your work directly impacts customers and the roadmap. Supportive and approachable leaders who are open to ideas. Fast-paced, innovative culture focused on solving real problems with AI. Talented, collaborative teammates across engineering, data, and GTM. Opportunities for career growth as the company scales. Flexible, remote-friendly work setup. Strong customer-centric mindset that keeps the work meaningful. A lot of autonomy, you’re trusted to make decisions and drive initiatives.

Cons

The pace can be energetic at times, which may take some adjustment for those new to startups. Some processes are still in development as the company continues to grow. Workload can fluctuate depending on priorities and release cycles. Resources are naturally more limited than at larger organizations. Roles can evolve over time, which may not suit those who prefer very defined structures.
