Micromanagement, Backstabbing, - Anonymous employee Revcor Employee Review

I would give zero stars if possible... The most micromanaged company I have ever seen. Advise to management micromanagement kills productivity take a class called Business 101.... The computer system used for daily entries is so bad... It's hard to use and time consuming it practically requires an engineering degree to use. Total loss of direction and confidence from leadership. Daily meetings about meetings to discuss an upcoming meeting on how to have a meeting....LOL Backstabbing managers & co-workers' ganging up and to sabotage people to get them fired.
