The Owners don't care about you, Your pay always is messed up, You are Micromanaged by the Regional Manager, You will never get the Commission they promise, They want you to do training and never get anything extra when you get to a certain levels, You have to buy John Deer Special tools and you will not be reimbursed for it. Their Health benefits are 700 a month for family, The shop are very dated. No tool allowance. John Deere Golf Stay Away!
