      Pros

      Great mission. A growing company that it´s making a positive impact in the world. Nice culture and good people to work with. Good opportunity for growth. Startup environment. Extreme ownership and creativity needed.

      Cons

      This is a startup, so it might not be a good fit for everyone. Do a little research of the company to see if the mission it´s something that you really believe in and be prepared to work hard. If you believe in the mission and want to do hard/rewarding work, you are good to go!

      Team is wonderful - very caring and holds each other to high standard Huge opportunity - targeting billions of users Action oriented - learning from experiments by moving quickly International - large team in Mexico makes things interesting

      Cons

      Step up and out of comfort zone - everyone is pushing beyond. If you are not ready for that then this is not the place for you. No day is like the one before.

      Working for Rever has been everything I had hoped for — and more. The Rever team is great: smart, fun, and driven to bring Continuous Improvement to all. Management, from the CEO on down, supports our professional development, not only for our current mission, but also, for our future missions. There is never a boring moment, with stimulating work abound. Plus, each of us are true stakeholders in our company’s success.
