Rever is one of very few Silicon Valley companies that offers employees a chance to be part of a rapidly growing company and have a meaningful impact in people's lives. The majority of Rever employees are based on Guadalajara. I actually consider this a business strength, but this may be a con for someone who wanted to join a single-office company before its Series A.
