Reverba was a company that seemed great on the surface, but turned out to be a terrible toxic place.
Employees are not treated with respect, patients are treated as commodities. Many times we were instructed to ignore their concerns, discount feedback on medications, and overall neglect the patients.
The management is incompetent. There is a lot of fluff and very little action. The employees at the bottom do the majority of the work, while management plays around and passes it off to others.
Employees are treated as expendables. You will not get recognition for your work or bonuses/job advancements. Outside skills are not relevant, the only thing valued is how long a person has stayed at the company (without pay raise) and constantly being okay with being a kiss-up to management.
Expect to be paid very little for the work you do and on top of that you'll be forced to balance the duties of multiple roles. Instead of paying people the correct amount or hiring employees they spread employees thin.
The icing on the cake is that the workplace is like an elementary school class. Expect pop quizzes, popcorn reading, and other grade school behavior.
Avoid this toxic workplace environment with little incentives, advancement opportunities, and constantly changing requirements. Skill or hard work don't matter. Management plays around and forces others to do their work. Internal assessments of employee satisfaction is in the negative. You will not be happy here.
