A Private environment by design

Very small environment to work in

Seemed very professional and non black company-like until you sign the contract.

This company will purposely hold off and delay paying you your salary for at least a month and a half and hold it as hostage against you, meaning if you tick off management by even the slightest, they will make it an excuse not to pay you (e.g. getting told off for not tucking in the chair). My personal experience, they never paid me my last two months before I left even though I gave them a month notice in advanced and attended every class. They figured I won't be around long enough to fight for my own hard-earned money. My advice - there's plenty of other better companies. Just avoid this one unless you'd like the horrible experience of having to argue for your own money like I have.
