The controlling firm demanded cuts

They're always hiring. You get every other weekend off. Sign on bonus. Point System (9pts.)

There's a big buildup of positivity about the job when you get hired: "if you work hard and take on more responsibility, you'll move up and be paid more." Unfortunately, the extra responsibility is front loaded and once you get passed the sign on bonus there's no telling how long until you'll see better numbers. 12hr shifts are rough. Very hot and very humid in the summer time, 100F°+. It's been discussed with management at least twice, but they don't make it a priority.
