Pros
Rewind has built an environment for people who take ownership of their work and strives to do their best work. As a PM, this has been very important for me. Benefits are great, and people are happy here. We've had people who have been here 4+ years more than any other tech company I've worked at.
Cons
Limited processes and documentation (typical for a scaling startup) means sometimes you're taking longer to find where things are or do things in the most effective way possible.
