Thank you for sharing your experience. As a key strategy in our preventative maintenance, we have planned outages (shut downs) in regular cadences across our facilities. These typically range from 1.5 to 3 weeks in duration and offer plenty of paid overtime opportunities for team members. We are proud that every year we get faster in our outages and reduce the time we are shut down. We understand that compensation plays a major role in employee satisfaction, which is why we take active and ongoing steps to provide competitive total compensation packages. This includes participation in an annual wage and benefits analysis to ensure we are in alignment with the market, commensurate with location, role and experience.
