      Pros

      Good people, many have worked there for decades. They take consideration of your life outside of work. Subsidarry of Siemens, therefore decent benefits.

      Cons

      extensive travel, but that's sales. Low pay for the industry. Very hard to move up in the company.

      Pros

      The employees are very friendly. Employees are proactive and treat customers with respect. Which is the number one reason they have such a loyal customer base.

      Cons

      Shift work. They offer a lot of PTO, but it's very hard to get a day off.
