      Always work to do, always busy

      Cons

      Forced overtime. They will tell you it's a flexible schedule up front but then make you work every Saturday. Do not be fooled! They require you to work 6 days a week and if you can't, they will let you go. By far the worst pay for a welder in the valley. Management does not care or even bother to learn your name.

      Great people to work with on the ground level, good advancement if your a self learner.

      Cons

      Poor managers that get in their own way as well as everyone else’s. Promotions here basically just mean you get a fancy title with a lot more responsibilities and no authority and decision making power.
