Pros
Frequent company paid breakfast and lunches for new hires and other events (like a chili cook-off they held). End users are treated with the highest level of dignity which is great.
Cons
Certain people at the Naperville ofgice seem more concerned with making themselves look good than addressing long-standing issues. They would rather place blame on "freelancers", their term for non-employees (I actually found that term a little offensive, but not the worst thing in the world). Additionally, it appeared their were a select group of employees there that seemed to thrive on creating drama. They really need to leave that at home.
