      Good students, teaching there is rewarding

      I found the treatment of non-tenure track teaching staff to be very condescending and arbitrary, performance assessments seemed subjective and feedback non-existent. Superficially relations are very friendly, but careful what happens under the surface.

      Pros

      Loved my education here so I loved fundraising for the school.

      Cons

      Extremely high turnover and serious issues with communication. Important conversations were so shrouded in corporate speak and plattitudes that nothing ever got done.
