      Pros

      Beautiful view, some nice people and like the job I do.

      Cons

      There are no reviews, no raises and not much chance to advance. The "favorites" get the option of working from home, quite frequently and delegating their work on others. We are under staffed and no one is beating the door down to get in. Also, most days a member of upper management seems to have many "off" days and is critically moody.

      Pros

      They are a talented group of young people who have the desire to do quality projects no matter what size the project.

      Cons

      The challenge from a contract labor view is they have not been able to hold a steady flow of work to keep me fully employed. I do enjoy the time I have worked with them also.
