Underpaid and Over worked - Anonymous employee Rhythm Software Employee Review

I honestly never thought I'd enjoy getting up everyday to work, joining the Rhythm team changed that for me. This team consists of some of the most amazing, intelligent, and welcoming people I've ever had the pleasure to work with. I'm really happy with my decision!!

None that I can think of

Teammates are great and hardworking

Bad leadership, constant layoffs, no sales. There have been 3 (at least) pretty large layoffs in recent years. No real transparency as to why, even though it’s clear they over hire to hopefully fix the business and then lay people off to look better for investors
