Hands-on leadership from upper management Many opportunities to expand your knowledge & move up within the company (or to other businesses that the owner owns) Competitive pay Owner is very direct but also down-to-earth Benefits given to management level employees Team driven environment Flexible hours depending on position
Cons
I didn't have any specific cons while working there and only left because I decided to be a stay at home mom. They hold employees accountable/responsible for their job/work - which is nice because everything runs smoother when everyone is doing what they are supposed to - but if you don't work well in that type of atmosphere this place isn't for you :)
