Pay is low, no perks/bonus

None except flexibility to work from home

- Poor management - Miscommunication - Too many changes too quickly - No effort towards employee work satisfaction and happiness - No initiatives towards team building - Employees are not valued and therefore everyone is only working for the money, no true passion towards the actual science - Management tries every bit to save money on resources which leads to the employees being overload and overwhelmed
