If you are familiar with the construction world you know how stressful the job can be. Everyone at Ric Man was extremely nice and willing to teach the ways even to those with no experience. Family oriented / friendly environment. Definitely blessed to have been given the opportunity to work with them. Fast paced and always something to do. You have to be willing to work OT as it’s a small but very successful company. If you have experience in the construction world you know that thick skin is a must as well as attention to detail.
