Easy to take and show initiative. You can propose a change or project and if you help make easy for your direct manager to implement usually they let you lead the change. Staff get along well with one another. Management is serious about ensuring an environment centered on patient care and is visibly committed to quality metrics. Feels good to know we are on the same page about improving our performance. Team members are recognized for hard work and sacrifices they make
Cons
Team members and other managers could use more communication. We do get emails from higher ups but still feels like there’s potential for us to hear from others and get a feel for the company. If we check Facebook we can see what’s going on. Would be nice to participate as well. But I do get that it’s a big organization with locations throughout Texas
