Great product offering. Management is always on hand to help with problems, questions and concerns! Work life balance is very good.

Car allowance is low. Could bring their car allowance up to the IRS standard.

Job itself is great, but the manager is over the top. Never focusing on the right things always focused on the small details and makes you do 4 things just to get one thing done. Extreme time waster makes processes much harder than they have to be. Thinks so highly of himself and his manager that is ridiculous.

I would not work here unless you love to do more paperwork than actually work. You like doing the same thing 3-5 times over and over. Everyone keeps walking out without notice it’s such a hard environment to work in.
