Pros

If you know Chinese the work will be much easier

Cons

Chaotic management. They have no idea how to deliver technical features. And there is no plan for developing products. The company is completely maketing oriented, they sell product features before even developing them. They would give you a feature that could take an engineer team to develop for a few months, and ask you to finish it in one week. Because the management members have zero engineering background, they don't know how to actually develop robotic products. They also lay off people and take new people frequently. So the tech roles of this company are very unstable.

Pros

Great work-life balance with a consistent Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm schedule that makes it easy to plan your personal life. The company does a good job of creating a positive and supportive culture—birthdays are celebrated, holiday parties are well organized, and there’s a genuine effort to make employees feel appreciated. Despite being a publicly traded company, the team is small (around 60 employees), which creates a close-knit, collaborative environment where people know each other and work well together. It truly has a “family” feel while still maintaining professionalism. One of the most exciting aspects is the opportunity to be involved in developing new technology. Employees are able to contribute ideas and be part of innovation, which makes the work engaging and meaningful. Additional perks like lunch, snacks, and drinks provided throughout the day are a nice bonus and show that the company cares about employee comfort and morale. Overall: A great place to work if you value stability, a supportive team environment, and the chance to be part of something innovative. Best suited for individuals who appreciate a structured schedule and a smaller, more personal workplace setting.

Cons

Limited flexibility in terms of remote work or non-traditional schedules—the role follows a fairly standard in-office 9–5 structure, which may not appeal to those seeking more flexibility. Because the company is relatively small, opportunities for rapid advancement or multiple layers of promotion can be limited compared to larger organizations. The “family-style” culture is a positive overall, but can sometimes lead to informal processes or less defined structure in certain areas. Working in a company focused on developing new technology can occasionally mean shifting priorities or evolving processes as the business grows.

Pros

Nothing. Racist and full of it.

Cons

Everything. Constant blaming. Constant yelling. No one takes responsibility. There is no training. They completely lie to anyone to close a sale. They talk behind your back. I can go on and on. It’s complete chaos over there. They work you over and over and have no disregard or respect for your personal life
