      only cons, no pros at all.

      Cons

      No salary on time, salary in cash some times, salary in the name of third company,no proper work culture, at worst location, did not provide appointment letter unless you submit original document.

      they have very good project

      Cons

      no management its family business based on specially hardware having only 3 main developers and they need to work you for minimum 12 hrs people work there for 13 hrs + then work from home on shameful salaries office place is worst once you got things u will get such a high pressure that you will loss your mind they give salaries after 15 of each month no other benefits if they want to tell anything management will say it using third person in between having only 8 employees with 3 sir.
