Pros
My supervisor was wonderful, the residents are super friendly and great to talk to. You're not expected to do anything too intense, but at the same time you're given responsibilities that make you feel like you make a difference.
Cons
The part time hours aren't ideal, but for someone who is taking classes as well, it would be beneficial for them. Administration, while polite, is a little scatter brained and at times residents would complain about certain higher up employees.
