Pros
The company teaches you everything you need to know about the diamond business. Because of the small team, it created a family-like atmosphere.
Cons
It was sometimes hard to regulate certain sales. You do get commission so it is not fun when someone else "takes" your sale. It does not happen as much as a full time employee, but it can potentially happen more when you are part time.
