1. Good compensation 2. Perks like subscriptions, internet reimbursement, bonuses 3. Helping people (some exceptions) 4. Free food 5. Hybrid work, non strict office hours 6. Unlimited leave policy 7. Good learning curve
Cons
1. Recent lay offs (no job security) 2. Favouritism in some teams 3. No off site events for so long, no accountability for lay offs 4. Work is limited now 5. No buffer team (when required they hire, when no work is there they fire)
