Pros

Wants their employee's best - Tries to find solutions to any problem you might have Remote first Passionate, ambitious co-workers CX team is very well-structured

Cons

Lack of leadership, vision, plan, strategy which becomes an issue as the company grows. Hard to know as an employee what the bigger picture and purpose is. Risk of being left outside, the remoteness can make you "disappear" with no one managing your work or giving feedback. You may get stuck on not getting things approved or looked at, lack of decision making - OR lack of delegation of decisions. The company denies having hierarchy but in reality there is hierarchy, just uncontrolled and not outspoken. As a new employee it is very hard to find your way through the organisation as it isn't articulated. Can make you feel lost, misunderstood, misguided.

Almost everything was a Pro, great company that cares about you as a person

Cons

1. Internal Promotions were still too focused on your resume instead of your quality 2. On performance metrics for chats they measured by classic needing to answer x number of people and minimize time instead of quality of response
