Pros

Company support for the employees, they give you all the tools needed to do an exceptional job. They stand behind and support your decisions and believe that helping out the customer is paramount to a good experience. The employee discount is unheard of in the industry. The hours are flexible and teammates are friendly and supportive. Everyone has a common desire to help customers choose the best technical gear for their needs.

Pros

Almost everything was a Pro, great company that cares about you as a person

Cons

1. Internal Promotions were still too focused on your resume instead of your quality 2. On performance metrics for chats they measured by classic needing to answer x number of people and minimize time instead of quality of response
