Pros

Structured, clear onboarding, followed by lots of support and unity from the team. The company has truly cracked the code for building a great culture while being fully remote and keeping colleagues engaged.

Cons

Sometimes teams could collaborate better and there could be more transparency over certain aspects but this is constantly being improved.

Almost everything was a Pro, great company that cares about you as a person

Cons

1. Internal Promotions were still too focused on your resume instead of your quality 2. On performance metrics for chats they measured by classic needing to answer x number of people and minimize time instead of quality of response
