Good range of projects and exposure

Cons

Salary is not competitive even though the workload is high. Very high turnover rate within office , unless you are high up you will be treated as disposable. There is a reason for the high turnover rate within this office believe me. Toxic management, experienced workplace bullying and harassment with myself and witnessed it with other people within the office No annual salary increases with inflation / cost of living No bonus Little atmosphere or socials - no one attends Work life balance - you will be working outside of hours consistently No cohesion within the office

Pros

Benefits were good, nice office environment and focus on socials

Cons

If you work within a discipline you are well supported. If you work in supporting staff/ admin role you are treated as second class, undervalued, overworked. Little to no appreciation for the work you do. HR admitted and boasted to pushing people out if they are seen as problematic for reporting upper managements abuse. Huge staff turnover in admin roles. Also have to cover for Reception due to refusal of hiring full time staff to cut costs

Pros

Seem polite and friendly the assessment centre was a good insight

Cons

Done an assessment in December and have been waiting 3 months for an interview (which I was told I had) for them to decide 3 months later I wasn’t getting 1 while holding off on applying for jobs
