Ridge Valley Exteriors

Is this your company?

Deceitful management/ ridiculous schedule. Do not work here if you value family time. - Sales Associate Ridge Valley Exteriors Employee Review

Pros

The sales training is very impressive.

Cons

The hours that you are demanded to work are pushing unethical. The production team is terrible and will leave you with a very upset customer who is reluctant to pay. Communication is non existent. You will feel like your running the whole business and not have a clue what you can actually deliver on. Way too many meetings that require you to drive all the way to the office in Kennesaw and waist 4 hours of time that you could be making money. The purpose of the meeting is always negative and bashing in your sales team. Don’t fall for all the facade that you’ll make a lot of money.

Pros

The training program upon entry is detailed and thorough. The training pay made the transition to commission sales very comfortable and easy. Once the commissions started rolling in, it's more money than I've ever made! I will make over $100k in my first year with the company. In my second year, that number should definitely be higher. Company culture is fantastic; ownership and management are young, but experienced, and highly energetic. Their selling system is unlike anything else I've seen. I wish I would have found this years ago! There are lots of sales bonuses and incentives, including an annual trip (all-inclusive to a tropical destination). We went to Mexico this past year, and I made the trip in my first year here.

Cons

You've got to be willing to work hard and put in the effort to succeed. Hours are long during the summer, but there is a lot of flexibility with the schedule. Sales meetings are early in the morning, but they are so valuable! The leaders have high expectations, and can be tough. It's definitely not a position for everybody, but for me it has been an amazing experience.
