Amazing Place to Work! - Occupational Therapist Ridge Zeller Therapy Employee Review

I was placed at Ridge Zeller for my SLP externship and I have nothing but the best things to say about my time at there! The individuals at Ridge Zeller placed me with a supervisor who they believed would jive nicely with me and our values were similar (they nailed it and I greatly appreciated this time and consideration on their end). From the beginning both my supervisor and individuals at Ridge Zeller worked closely to ensure I got the hours and standards needed to graduate. They created multiple opportunities for me including hearing and feeding opportunities which were few and far between. Throughout my time at Ridge Zeller, I felt supported, yet challenged in every single experience. I would recommend them to anyone whether they are looking for a externship placement, clinical fellowship year, or future job!

I can’t rave enough about working as a school-based speech-language pathologist for Ridge Zeller Therapy (RZT). From the beginning, they provided the training and guidance I needed to feel confident and well prepared in my role. As a CF, that level of support meant everything. My CF supervisor was knowledgeable, patient, and consistently available to help me navigate stressful or unfamiliar situations. The owners, Meghan and JoAnn, are incredibly supportive, thoughtful, and responsive. They take the time to listen to both our challenges and successes and have fostered a work culture that values us not only as clinicians but as people. They provide opportunities to connect, learn, and collaborate through virtual meetings, CEU opportunities, and fun meet-ups. By fostering professional growth, a healthy work-life balance, and offering excellent compensation, they demonstrate how deeply they value their clinicians. I’m grateful to be part of Ridge Zeller Therapy and feel proud to work here. It’s a place where I feel supported, valued, and excited to grow personally and professionally. I would wholeheartedly recommend RZT to anyone seeking a positive, collaborative, and clinician-centered workplace.

I have had nothing but positive experiences working for RZT. While my commute is longer than I what I had originally wanted, I’ve come to enjoy it. I listen to Audible on the drive, and it’s become a nice part of my day.
