      Pros

      The residents are awesome! Will get in plenty of steps in!

      Cons

      They will hire anyone off the street to take care of your grandma. Constantly short-staffed. Staff never answer call lights and sleep on the job. Pay is laughable at best.

      Cons

      They don't pay their vendors. String you along on unpaid invoices til they sell the building and vanish. Probably not financially stable. Be aware before putting a loved one in their facilities
