Pros
-Friendly coworkers with same age demographic (22-26). - Easy to see where you stack vs your colleagues. Very metrics driven.
Cons
-Same Business model, revenues, & pay structure since 2008. Ridgetop has had a very hard growing, as their niche in the market is public equity funds. -Market has been driven to a commodity. -All compeitor (GLG, Thirdbridge, etc) pay substantially higher. -Limited career path. -Horrible management
