Pros
Good reputation within the communities we serve. Smaller hospital so you get to do a variety of things.
Cons
Pays not great and the benefits are a joke. Management is very slow to deal with, or doesn't address at all, hostile employees with multiple complaints from several departments. You only get a raise after you've worked a full 2080 hours. It took me, working 40 hours bi-weekly, 2 years to get a raise.
