Constant negativity is draining the life out of workplaces. Workers are burnt out in environments filled with bad leadership, a complete lack of recognition and toxic colleagues (not exactly the case of mine). You might become the opinion of that somebody if you stay longer in that toxic environment. From work bullying and favoritism to lack of well deserved recognitions, the question has become: In my current work landscape, can I fight for a positive work environment, or is it time to walk away? Many of the key talent chose to walk away. It's tough to be stuck in a job that chips away at our spirit.
