8yWe don't make open ended promises at Rieker. If there was a promise made, it was tied to productivity. There are many growth opportunities at Rieker. In fact the middle managers are quick to promote productive employees from within. We have had numerous job opportunities in the last 12 months. Most of the new positions were filled by Rieker employees and many were accompanied by increases.
