Pros

This agency over works their employees and that is why so many mistakes/errors happen. The only reason why they pay well/decent is because no one in the insurance industry that knows them will work for them; so they need to pay good salaries. They are under new management and new computer system what could take you 5 minutes to do in the real world will take you 20 minutes with them because of the system/steps they implementing. New management is requesting all their employees to write good reviews in all social media in order to improve all prior reviews-which are all bad reviews- DONT RECOMMEND to any one as a client nor an employee.

Cons
