Pros

I would agree with the other reviewers that the wage was adequate for the position. Their ESOP retirement plan is unmatched assuming it retains its value and you stay long enough to be full vested. Usually enough to keep you busy throughout the entire day even if some of it was busy work. Adequate benefits including healthcare and vacation.

Cons

The management has to be the worst part of Rieth-Riley. If you at all raise a question about something you think is wrong, might as well pack your bags. Married couples in management in the same department should never happen. Have a family? Not now, because you are expected to work 60 to 70 hrs a week. Want to plan for the weekend? Forget it, you can't plan anything since scheduling is a nightmare. Want to move up? Better have a degree because you are stuck where you are at if you don't. You also better know somebody in the company to get hired. If you don't, you are then the first to be let go.

Pros

ESOP contribution is a nice retirement plan

Cons

Micromanagement within the offices, it's employee owned, but they don't give employees any autonomy
