      Pros

      I've worked at Riffraff for over two years and have worked my way up form a shop girl to a full time position. The atmosphere at Riffraff is unbeatable and the owner is wonderful to work for. She always sees all ideas (good or bad) through to the end and empowers all employees to do our best work and use our strengths. She's a true inspiration and makes coming to work an incredible experience.

      Pros

      -your coworkers are what make it bearable -get 40% off employee discount

      Cons

      -no benefits (or supplement) -no retirement (or supplement) -no flexibility -no respect from management -management is either extremely micromanaging or hands off, but you never know which one you’re going to get -watched like a hawk on the time you arrive/leave early/go to lunch -workload is too much for 1 person to handle, it never stops piling on
