      Very challenging and exciting work environment with cultural diversity comprising of over 2000 permanent employees and 1500 casual employees recruited from the communities

      Cons

      Meter Gauge Technology currently in use is being phased out worldwide. Career and professional development within the railway industry is ultimately slowed down.

      Very good skilled workers who have so much knowledge. One just needs to learn how to interact with them to get their views.

      Cons

      Mismanagement related to previous leaderships. Old infrastructure that needs to be modernized.

      They are good with service delivery on time

      Cons

      Not a good place for a person looking to make a carrier and go higher in the locomotive field because you can take years in the same position without going further leaving you feel wasted.
