Pros

Cons
• Living in the Bay Area is expensive • Some of our internal processes seem chaotic (that's to be expected at a start-up); if you're not a flexible person, this isn't the best place for you • Salary is fair and competitive, but skews slightly less than average (again, to be expected at a start-up...and the equity potential more than makes up for that to me)
