      Pros

      Get to work with kids and make a difference in their lives, and make a good amount of money doing it.

      Cons

      Currently only have 3 days of work a week, and occasionally the kids will frustrate you to no end. Definitely requires a lot of patience

      Pros

      The work is easy and fulfilling. The hours are flexible and work is only three days per week. This is a part time job and management is okay with employees looking for full time opportunities elsewhere.

      Cons

      Management is sometimes unorganized and can confuse the staff. Since the work is part time there are no health benefits and the pay is not enough to live on (even though the hourly wage is not bad).
