      Pros

      There's not enough good things to say about Right Side Up (RSU). As a freelancer, I've interfaced with various clients at RSU, employees, and other freelancers — all have been a stellar experience. Mike Timoney was my main point of contact, but even Tyler reach out at one point to check in. It's a great culture that provides a great opportunity for freelancers.

      Cons

      The work tends to be hourly and not project based, which may not be a good fit for some freelancers.
