The company had learning environment It encouraged equal opportunity employment Most supervisors were supportive People were friend while peers helped each other despite high pressure.
Cons
Low salaries A lot of work load and high pressure to cater to foreign clients. Recent change in management has rendered employees insecure. Not that I could think of....
