Everyday there's a new challenge to learn something new or to automate something you already know. The idea of the company is to automate everything so you don't end up doing the same work over and over. Career advancement is natural, every employee learns so much new tech every year that they're always adding to their skill set. Benefits package is amazing, I've never heard of or seen anyone offer such generous benefits.

Consulting is hard, at RightBrain Networks is a leader in the field but it can be challenging to innovate rapidly and convey highly technical concepts to clients, especially ideas that are built on abstract concepts that the client is not exactly familiar with. There are times where you have to take work home, just as you do in most startups or engineering organizations.
